Edgewood beat Cloverdale on Tuesday 15-3 in five innings.

Edgewood scored six runs in the fifth on Edgewood scored in the fifth on an RBI single by Connor Morton, , an RBI single by Mac Kido, a walk by Gavin Robinson, and a single by Ryan Stuffle.

Phillip Terrell racked up four RBIs on one hit for Edgewood. He homered in the fourth inning.

Morton got the win for Edgewood. He allowed three runs over four innings. Morton struck out six, walked two and gave up four hits.

Jaren Rossok took the loss for Cloverdale. He allowed 12 runs in four innings, walked six and struck out one.

The lead stayed with Edgewood after the first, when it scored four runs on an error and a sacrifice fly by Josh Chasteen.
