The game started with Parker Harrington hitting a 3-pointer from the parking lot, and Edgewood never looked back as they shot the proverbial lights out for the entire game–hitting a remarkable 80% (16/20) of their 2-point attempts and 50% (8/16) of their 3-point tries. For good measure, the Mustangs also hit 13 out of 17 from the free throw line on their way to an impressive 69 – 54 victory over Greencastle.
Coleman Sater was nearly unstoppable as he powered his way to a team-high 27 points, while Trevor Taylor added 16. Harrington hit 4 of 5 from long-range and scored 13 points, with Derek Farkas adding 9, and Zeke Powell scoring 4 points to round out the Edgewood attack.
On the rebounding front, Sater had 6 and Harrington 5 to lead the way.
The win was the 5th in a row for the Mustangs, keeping them perfect this calendar year. Edgewood has a week before they try to stretch their winning streak to 6 when they travel to Bedford next Saturday
